To help foster a love for reading, Garden City Park School hosted its annual Read Aloud Week from March 11-15, inviting special guests to read aloud to students. The guest readers were Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Morrison-Raptis, Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder, Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena, Honorable Teresa K. Corrigan and New Hyde Park Memorial High School Principal Dr. Richard Faccio.
Garden City Park School’s Read Aloud Week is organized each year by reading teachers Sara Eivazi and John Hoffman.
